    Mr. Jerry Rose, CEO/President

    Total Living Network

    Jerry Rose is the President/CEO of Total Living Network (TLN ) a multimedia ministry with broadcast and Cable channels in California and Illinois and an affiliate group of television stations nationwide. TLN’s programming also is seen in Eastern Europe and throughout the Middle East.

    Jerry is a veteran broadcaster of 50 years with eleven of those years in commercial television.

    Jerry is the writer and host of “Journey” a faith-based teaching television series, the host of On Screen, a Hollywood produced celebrity interview series and Significant Insights a weekly interview show on the TLN Network. Rose has been personally honored with numerous awards including: The Silver Circle Award of Chicago Broadcasters from National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, the National Achievement Award for Radio, Television and Film from the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Distinguished Service award from the National Religious Broadcasters.

    Jerry has served on the Executive committee of the National Religious Broadcasters for over 25 years and as its President for three years. He is currently a member of the NRB Board of Directors.

    Jerry also served for two years as the President of the West Central Association, a business group which works with the city of Chicago on the development of the west side of downtown Chicago.

    He is an ordained Assemblies of God Minister, and the author of five books including the latest Significant Living, A Roadmap for the Rest of Your Life. And finally, Jerry is a native Texan who still rides horses and participates nationally in an old west sport called Cowboy Mounted Shooting.

    Honorable George Predescu

    Consul General of Romania in Chicago

    Mr. Gheorghe Predescu was appointed as Consul General in December 2012.

    Between May and December 2012, Mr. Gheorghe Predescu served as State Counselor on foreign policy at the Prime Minister of Romania’s Chancellery.

    He served from 2009 until 2012 as Ambassador of Romania to Poland.

    Between 2008 and 2009 he was a Minister-Counselor at the Romanian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

    He was Consul General in Chicago from 2004 until 2008, and Counselor (political) at the Embassy of Romania from 2000 until 2003.

    Mr. Predescu served as Deputy Director for NATO and Strategic issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Bucharest, and as political officer at the Romanian Embassy in Washington, D.C. from 2004 until 2008.

    Consul General Predescu has also served in a number of other positions since entering the  MFA in September 1990, including: political officer at the UN Department and then at the Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Department, assistant to the Foreign Minister, and Director for Diplomatic Protocol.

    He is the recipient of two Presidential Awards: the Romanian National Order for Merit in rank of Cavalier (2004) and the Commander’s Cross of the Polish National Order for Merit. He also received the Order of Saint Mary Magdalene Equal to the Disciples presented by the Metropolitan Orthodox Church of Poland (2012).

    Between 1985-1990 he was an engineer with the Timisoara Petrochemical Plant.

    Mr. Predescu earned a B.S. in Engineering from the Romanian Oil and Gas Institute (1985) and completed the United Nations Disarmament Fellowship Programme (1992).
